Material: 100 % supersoft merino wool.

Merino wool doesn't itch and is antibacterial and therefore perfect for kids with eczema or sensitive skin.

Washing instructions

  • It's not necessary to wash merino wool frequently. This fibre is self cleaning and is well suited to an air out in the breeze
  • Can be washed gently by hand with lukewarm water of 30° 
  • Always use a wool detergent to wash
  • Machine wash only on a special wool program at 30°, low speed, at one's own risk as we cannot guarantee the individual program settings on the washing machines
  • SAFETY: Please ensure that blankets are used under supervision. They are not intended to be used in children or babies under 3 years of age without strict supervision. Never leave your baby unsupervised in a cot for sleep with a blanket

We love to get orders to our customers fast and our goal is to dispatch your order within 24 hours (hopefully the same day!)

Shipping times will vary based on location. Domestic Australian orders should arrive between 5-7 business days after they are processed. Orders to regional areas may take longer. International shipping will vary but will generally take 10-16 business days depending on the country. You will receive a shipping estimate from our courier partner with your shipment confirmation e-mail.
During sale or promotional periods or peak times of the year there may be slight delays in delivery times. 

We are unable to re-route deliveries to a new address once they have left our dispatch centre. 

Please note that due to Covid-19 our courier partners are largely doing contact free deliveries. This may mean that they will leave your parcel in a safe place upon delivery. They will still knock to make you aware that they have been to deliver your goods. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and nominating an address that someone will be at to receive a parcel. Mini Clem does not assume liability or responsibility for any loss or damage once a parcel has been safely left at your nominated address. If you are not usually home to receive parcels during business hours please nominate a work or other address where someone can receive your parcel or where it is safe to be left.

Can I return my product?

We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase! If you feel you would like to return your product for whatever reason, please e-mail us directly and we will take you through the process. We offer exchange or store credit on returns that are simply on a change of mind basis. Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be given for change of mind. 

Please note that we do not accept any returns on sale items. 

What do I do if my order has not arrived?

You will receive a tracking number with your order, so that you are able to track it with whichever courier it is being delivered with. If at any point you are concerned about the length of time your parcel is taking please check these tracking details as all orders will have an estimated arrival timeframe. We are unable to action any orders until this timeframe has lapsed. Once your order has been deemed 'late' by the courier we are able to assist you with launching an investigation if you require help. We are not liable for courier delays and we will not cancel, refund or replace any orders until proper investigations have been carried out.

How do pre-orders work?

If you order a pre-order item along with in stock items we will ship all items together once the pre-order item is in stock. If you would like your in stock item separately please contact us. Additional shipping fees may apply. We do not accept cancellations on pre-orders. 

Can I cancel my order?

We do not allow cancellations on orders. All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours, so we cannot accomodate any amendments. If you have accidentally ordered a duplicate item and require a refund we will charge a restocking fee.

How do you choose your brands and products?

Our selection criteria is simple- we want brands that are classic and special and we want products that are heirloom quality and beautiful. We also love to find brands that use environmentally friendly practices and sustainable, eco friendly materials in their manufacturing. And if those brands are Australian (which many of ours are) then even better!

Is all of your packaging environmentally friendly?

We are committed to being an environmentally conscious business. Occasionally we need to keep products in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure their safety in transit. However, any additional Mini Clem packaging is all 100% eco-friendly, reusable or recyclable. 

What is bulky shipping?

Bulky shipping is a flat rate of $15 that applies to specified items in our collections. These include larger items such as dolls prams, dolls furniture, baskets and posters. If your order is over $150 and includes one of these items, free shipping will not apply, and you will instead need to apply the bulky shipping rate.

Do you have express shipping?

Yes, we have a flat rate fee of $15 per order. Sorry, we cannot express post bulky items at this time.
